Abstract

Se presenta paciente masculino de 54 años de edad, diagnosticado con nefritis lupica clase v. el paciente presenta importante compromiso en piel, antecedentes familiares de lupus diagnosticado en hermano y sospecha de lupus en hermana. el paciente presenta adecuada respuesta a tratamiento de inducción y mantenimiento lo cual se ha evidenciado en el seguimiento realizado a los niveles de proteinuria en sangre.

ABSTRACT
Male patient of 54 years old, diagnosed with lupus nephritis class v is presented. the patient has significant skin involvement, family history of lupus diagnosed in brother and sister suspected lupus. the patient has adequate response to induction therapy and maintenance which has been seen in follow-up after proteinuria levels in blood.
