Situación del Aseguramiento en Colombia: Revisión de Algunas Investigaciones

Resumen

RESUMEN

Con la reforma en el sector salud puesta en marcha a través de la Ley 100 de 1.993 se generaron cambios sustanciales en el manejo del sistema. Uno de los aspectos que ha desatado un gran número de investigaciones ha sido el aseguramiento, ya que se pretendía la cobertura total de la población para el año 2.001 y al no lograr dicha meta se han buscado las causas y los posibles puntos de mejoramiento de la estrategia.

Por medio de esta revisión de las investigaciones se pretende aportar una visión clara de la situación del aseguramiento en salud en Colombia entre 1.996 y 2.005.

Por lo tanto se presentan los resultados obtenidos de dicha revisión, los puntos de discusión, las conclusiones y las recomendaciones.

ABSTRACT

With the reformation in the sector on health in march through the Law 100 of 1.993 substantial changes were generated in the system handling. One of the aspects that has untied a great one numbers investigations it has been the insurance the population's total covering it was already sought for the year 2.001 and when not achieving this he enters they have looked for the causes and the possible points of improvement of the strategy. 

By means of this it puts analysis it is sought to contribute a clear vision of the situation of the insurance in health in Colombia among 1.996 at 2.005. 

Therefore the obtained results of this revision, the discussion points, the conclusions and recommendations are presented.
