Abstract
El interés de este trabajo es la contradicción detectada entre la política de participación y su desarrollo en la Institución Educativa. Desde la perspectiva de derechos, se tomó como punto de análisis los manuales de convivencia de las Instituciones Educativas oficiales de Bogotá. Se identificó supuestos del significado, valoración y descripción, considerando que hay relación entre las manifestaciones escritas y las concepciones que subyacen en sus enunciados; con los hallazgos se construye posiciones desde donde se invita a comprender la participación desde: el tiempo de los derechos, los elementos constitutivos , y los espacios de participación, con el propósito de aportar algunos elementos para una propuesta de mejora dentro de la estrategia de Escuelas saludables, dejando abiertas algunas consideraciones al lector.

The interest of this work is the contradiction detected between the policy of participation and its development in the Educative Institution. From the perspective of
rights, one took like point from analysis the manuals from coexistence from the official Educative Institutions from Bogota. One identified assumptions of the meaning, valuation and description, considering that relation between the written manifestations is and the conceptions that underlying in their statements; with the findings it is constructed positions from where it is invited to include/understand the participation from: the constituent time of the rights, elements, and the spaces of participation, in order to contribute some elements for a proposal of improvement within the strategy of healthful Schools, leaving opened some considerations to the reader.
