How to Cite
Abstract
The recent sentence C-055 of 2022 of the Constitutional Court of Colombia decriminalizes abortion in all cases up to 24 weeks of gestation. This fact, which has been referenced as a milestone in Colombian legislation, undoubtedly deserves many considerations that go beyond legal narrowness, however, we will dwell on some reflections that allow us to support a broader discussion about it.
