Abstract
At the time of pregnancy the cow is losing weight and hasmaximum production. Undernourishment especially on energy, prolongs the open days, late follicular development, extends theinterval between calving and first heat fertile estrus interval-first service. This state of undernourishment in availability ofglucose produces deficits in the release of gonadotropins fromthe adenohypophysis. This will seek the alternative of a pro-tocol to reduce postpartum days, maintain body condition onone level and revive the estrous cycle. With the combination ofD-cloprostenol, Nandrolone and Buserilina (G1) in a group ofcows, in contrast to another group where I use D-cloprostenoland Buserelin (G2) and a control group (G3) all the same sizeand conditions management. Getting the first group (G1) a rateof follicular diameter greater than 18 mm was 100 % of cows (n=6), the G2 protocol obtained a 66.66 % (N=4) and a 33.33 %G3 protocol (N=2) with statistical difference (P ¡0.05), reduc-tion of the interval between calving and first postpartum estrusdemonstrated in follicular diameter, was present in greater pro-portion in the G1 Protocol, obtaining 33.33 % of total cows inthe period (N=6) at 37 days postpartum with a significant dif-ference P ¡0.05. Regarding the G2 rate was 16.66 % at 44 daysand the G3 which was 33.33 % at 93 days postpartum. The bodycondition was maintained, showing a trend in the G1 ProtocolR2=0.75, R2=0.75, G2, and G3 R2=0.9423.
